Can I use my own domain?

How does billing work?

Billing is monthly in EUR, charged at the start of each billing period. We accept major credit cards. Invoices are available in your account dashboard.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, you can cancel at any time from your account settings. Your site remains active until the end of the paid billing period. No data is deleted immediately — you have 30 days to export your content.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

After cancellation your site goes offline at the end of the billing period. Your data is retained for 30 days, during which you can request a full export. After 30 days all data is permanently deleted.

Is there a free trial?

You can self-host folio for free using the open-source repository on GitHub. For the managed service at folio.mk, contact us and we will arrange a demo or trial period.

Can I export my content?

Yes. At any time you can export all your articles, pages, and settings as a JSON archive from the admin panel. Media files can be downloaded in bulk as a ZIP.

What is the difference between Shared and Dedicated plans?

The Shared plan runs your site on shared infrastructure — ideal for personal blogs and small sites. The Dedicated plan gives you your own VM with more CPU, RAM, and storage, plus custom domain support and priority support. Both plans include SSL and European hosting.
